At Nailique, we want you to feel confident with your purchase. Because our products are beauty and personal care items, returns are handled carefully for hygiene and safety reasons.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unworn, unopened, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used, worn, or applied press-on nail sets cannot be returned.

Amazon Orders

If you purchased Nailique products through Amazon, your order, shipping, tracking, returns, exchanges, and eligible refunds are handled according to Amazon’s policies.

For Amazon orders, please visit your Amazon order page and follow the available return, replacement, or support options. Amazon may provide refund, replacement, or return options depending on the order and eligibility.

How to Start a Return

To start a return for an order placed directly through our website, please contact us at:

Please include your order number, the email used at checkout, and the reason for your return request.

If your return is accepted, we will send you return instructions, including how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

To help us evaluate the issue and make it right, please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

Once we review the issue, we will help with the next steps, which may include a replacement, refund, or other support option depending on the situation.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned. For Nailique, non-returnable items include:

Opened or used press-on nail sets
Applied or worn nails
Used nail glue, adhesive tabs, remover oil, or tools
Items not in original condition or missing original packaging
Final sale or clearance items
Gift cards

Sale Items and Gift Cards

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.

Return Shipping

For eligible returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law or unless the issue was caused by an error on our side.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the eligible item you have. Once the return is accepted, you may place a separate order for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unworn, unopened, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used, worn, or applied beauty and personal care items may not be eligible for return.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
